i ordered the fast past bands, how long before your trip o they arrive, don't you need them to make fast pass

    Hi Janet,

Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner now! You can expect your MagicBands to arrive three to four weeks before you leave for the Orlando area. There's no need to wait for that package, however, to begin making your FastPass+ reservations. All you need to do is sign into your My Disney Experience account to make those plans.

My Disney Experience is the repository for all your planning information, including your resort, dining and FastPass+ reservations. The information is linked to your MagicBands from there. Since I believe you are staying in a Walt Disney World resort, and your stay is not less than 60 days away, you can go to My Disney Experience any time to choose FastPass+ options -- either on laptop or PC or using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Personally, I find it a little easier to navigate on the mobile app. Plus, if you download it now, you will have it at the ready  while you are at Walt Disney World to keep track of your plans.

I hope that helps, Janet. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and please check back with us if you need more clarification or if you'd like our recommendations on the best rides and attractions, restaurants or other events. Enjoy!
