As a fellow international Guest from Brazil, I had to cancel a Disney vacation due to the travel restrictions in place. I had also purchased
MagicBands at pre-arrival prices, so I called the Walt Disney World Resort and they were able to cancel my order and reimburse the amount that I had paid. Since you have postponed your visit, if you still have the same Disney Resort hotel confirmation number linked to your Disney account, you should be able to
view your MagicBand order. Please note that it is not possible to make modifications to completed orders. You are welcome to contact the department that handles MagicBand purchases for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels to confirm the status of your order. Please have the order confirmation sent to your e-mail handy and call +1 (800) 328-0327.

Disney MagicMobile? This service is available for iPhone and Apple Watch users, and eligible Google Pay-enabled Android smartphones, and allows Guests to enter the theme parks by holding their device near an access point. After linking theme park tickets to your Disney account, use the My Disney Experience app to create a MagicMobile pass, add it to your digital wallet and head straight to the parks! What I like about Disney MagicMobile is that it can be used interchangeably with MagicBands and cards.
