I ordered Disney Annual passes, and I was really hoping that our magic bands and/or passes would be mailed so my daughter could open them for Christmas. It says the tickets have to be picked up at magic bands are complimentary, but I how do I get them?

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome to the Florida Resident Passholder family! You're going to have an amazing year of Walt Disney World fun with your family.

If you purchased your annual passes online, they should be linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you have not yet set up an account, I suggest you do that right away and use the confirmation or voucher numbers you received at purchase to link your passes to your account.

Your pass year will begin on the day you first use the tickets. To activate them for use, you will need to visit a Guest Relations location or ticket window to show your proof of Florida residency. In just a few minutes, you will be on your way!

To order and customize your MagicBands, go to the MagicBands & Cards section of My Disney Experience. You should see your MagicBands there right away. I renewed my annual passes online today and I already have the ability to choose the colors of our new MagicBands for the year.

You might want to check out all the benefits of being a passholder as well so that you don't miss a single discount or special offer. I'm especially happy about the 20 percent discount on merchandise that continues through September 30, 2017 as part of the Walt Disney World 45th anniversary celebration.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions as you go through your year of Disney fun. Enjoy!
