I’m sorry you have been unable to access your vacation photos. Let’s head over to the
Disney Cruise Line website and look for your family’s photos together.
It’s recommended that you use a computer to access your images. Sign in and navigate to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos. You might need to link your photos to your account if your gallery isn't displayed automatically. Follow the steps provided to claim your photos. You can use your Castaway Club ID or your reservation number to claim your images.
The professional photos you purchased during your sailing can be shared, printed, and downloaded. Click the greyed-out check mark at the top right of an image in your gallery to download individual pictures. I recommend saving the
licensing agreement to your computer should you need it.
If you cannot see your photos once your reservation is linked, please contact Disney Cruise Line via
email, online chat, or
phone for additional assistance. They have the best tools to assist you with linking your reservation.
