    I ordered my custom magic bands and we are several months from our trip. My confirmation email says they will ship to our resort. I’d like them shipped to our home because we will be going to a park before check in. Can you change it?”

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth! It's hard to believe that it's been over five yEARs since MagicBands were first introduced! Since then, they've completely changed the Guest experience at Walt Disney World Resort, and are capable of storing information such as theme park tickets, Fast Pass+ selections, resort room keys, payments, and PhotoPass information. Now I wonder, what did we do without them?

    I'm so excited that you were able to order the new uber popular upgraded options! I was on my laptop the first day they came out and was able to score a "Disney Snacks" MagicBand for my recent trip. It is quite a fashion accessory and very Instagram worthy! Typically, if you reside in the United States, and your trip is more than 11 days away, the MagicBands will ship to your home. Since your trip is several months away, there must have been a processing error. Call the internet help desk at (407) 939-4357, and the Cast Members should be able to look up your order and change the shipping address.
