Hey Joan!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about
purchasing Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and linking them to your
My Disney Experience account.
Joan, when you purchase your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets via the Walt Disney World Resort website, they are normally automatically linked to the My Disney Experience account you use to complete your purchase. However, there are times when they may not automatically appear in your account and must be manually linked.
Please log in to your My Disney Experience account and
visit this link to add your theme park tickets to your account. If you have not yet purchased theme park tickets, you can do so by
visiting this link.
Once you have purchased your tickets and linked them to your account, you can
order a MagicBand if you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you do not wish to purchase a MagicBand or are not staying on property, you will receive an admission card when you arrive at a Walt Disney World Resort theme park. Please
visit Guest Relations or any ticket window to receive your admission card.
Don’t forget that as part of the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, you need both a theme park ticket and a
Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter the theme parks. Please
click here to learn more about theme park reservations.
If you have any additional questions before, during, or after your magical vacation, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
Wishing you an Unforgettable Visit,
Priscila
