Hi, if you order tickets direct from disney do you have them shipped to uk or collect on arrival, am trying to save time and avoid a queue! also what time do ticket booths open?is it prior to park opening? Best wishes C

    Hi Claire,

I'm not 100% sure about which type of tickets you are referring to:-

1/ Disney's Premium/Ultimate tickets created exclusively for UK Guests
If you book these tickets from the Walt Disney Travel Company, (separately to your room reservation if you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel) your tickets will be sent to you 10-14 days prior to your departure from the UK. If you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel and book these tickets as a package with your room reservation, your tickets will be included on to your Key To The World cards which you will be given when you check-in at your Disney Resort hotel.

2/ Magic Your Way tickets which are available to purchase from the USA version of the Walt Disney World website
If you book these tickets from the USA version of the Walt Disney World website, you have two options. Firstly, you can pay $25.00 for international delivery and your tickets will be shipped to you via FedEx. If you opt for this method, you should receive your tickets within 14 days from the date that your order is placed online. Secondly, you select the Will Call delivery option and pick your tickets up from any ticket sales location at a Walt Disney World theme park on your arrival. (You must present the original credit card used during this purchase, a valid photo ID, and confirmation number at the time of pick up.) You will find that at least one ticket sales window will be open at least an hour before each of the theme parks is due to open.
