    If I order tickets in advance, am I able to get them refunded if me or someone I would be attending with are unable to go?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you SO much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your next trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know you are going to have the BEST DAY EVER!

    I want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable at this time. However, I do have some great news! Guests do have some flexibility with their purchased tickets. When you purchase tickets, there will be an expiration date on each ticket. You will have that time period to reschedule another Disneyland Resort visit if something were to happen, and you and your friend were not able to go. I also really like that Mickey Mouse provides the Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar for all of his honored Guests! This calendar will allow you to see what Disneyland Theme Parks are available on different days as you plan for your scheduled trip OR if you have to change your trip dates.

    There are so many exciting announcements being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss any of them! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
