    is there some way i can order something from the Emporium Store at the Magic Kingdom? I saw a frame when I was there but never got around to buying it. It said "I will always remember the first time...and there it was, Cinderella's Castle".

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  It is actually quite common for guests to regret not buying a specific souvenir, or look to replace something lost or broken, so thankfully Walt Disney World has a mail order merchandise department. This is the best place to start in your quest for your frame.

    They can be reached by telephone at 407-363-6200 or via email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. When calling be prepared to describe the item with the most detail possible. Let them know that you saw the item at the Emporium, and giving specific details about the frame will help tremendously in tracking it down.
