Want to order an in room celebration for my 3 yr old son, visiting in Sept and going to MNSSHP. Cant decide between Mickeys Grand Welcome or Mickeys "Spooktacular" Celebration. Do you get more with the halloween one for the extra $

    Hi Michelle:

The Dream Makers at Disney Floral and Gifts are experts at creating personalized in-room celebrations featuring favorite Disney characters.  I can give you a summary of the differences between Mickey's Grand Welcome and Mickey's Spooktacular Celebration, but for full details and descriptions I would contact the Dream Makers at (407) WDW-GIFT or (407) 939-4438 for more robust descriptions.  The Dream Makers who work with these celebrations every day can better describe the differences between the two celebrations.

You are correct, Mickey's Spooktacular Celebration is more expensive than Mickey's Grand Welcome with the Spooktacular Celebration currently running $60 more than the Grand Welcome.  You can read an overview of Mickey's Grand Welcome and Mickey's Spooktacular Celebration by clicking on the links.  Both celebrations feature room sashes, blankets, surprises and treats, however the Spooktacular Celebration comes with two holiday-themed light-up lanyards as well as two holiday headbands on Mickey and Minnie.  The Spooktacular Celebration also features a range of special halloween treats and candy not contained in the Mickey Grand Welcome.

Enjoy your vacation and the celebration.
