How can I order personalized shirts to be in my room

Hi Susan, and welcome to planDisney! It looks like your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts tomorrow! I bet you're as excited as Lightning McQueen on the last lap of a Piston Cup race!

While you're gearing up to speed on over to Walt Disney World, you have a great idea to have some matching shirts for your family to wear. There are lots of personalized items you can order online at shopDisney, but they take 4-6 weeks for delivery, so they wouldn't be ready in time for your arrival. Keep that one in mind for next time!

But we're not giving up yet, because there may be some other options for you!

Last year, the Disney Parks Blog announced that Guests would be able to customize their own merch through a line called "MADE," in various locations around the Walt Disney World Resort. These wouldn't be delivered to your room, but it could be a fun way to get some personalized shirts for your Theme Park days!

For a special surprise delivered to your room, you can check out Disney Floral & Gifts. One of the Dream Makers will design a gift basket or celebration package and have it ready and waiting for you. My family was gifted a basket on a previous trip, and it was such a nice surprise. Plus, the snacks came in handy when we returned from the Parks and needed a pick-me-up!

I hope this has given you some ideas for a little extra pixie dust on your Walt Disney World vacation, Susan. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
