    Can I order ornaments from the Christmas store in Downtown Disney by phone? i am looking for personalization.

    Hi Kerry!

    One of my top souvenirs anytime I am visiting Walt Disney World are Christmas Ornaments, I especially love the personalized Mickey shaped ones as my tree is filled with them.  In fact, I am about to unpack all of these precious ornaments and relive the magical memories of our past Disney vacations and look forward to all the new ones that are yet to be made.

    Disney Merchandise Guest Services is available for guests, like me, who forgot to pick up any of those special souvenirs during their vacation.  They can provide a variety of items directly from Disney Parks that can be shipped directly to your home.  The Cast Members are wonderful at tracking down these precious souvenirs, it does help to be descriptive as possible and a sku number is extremely helpful if possible.  You can contact Disney Merchandise Guest Services by calling 1-877-560-5477 or by sending an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.  While Disney Merchandise Guest Services can located and ship ornaments, they are unable to offer any personalization for any ornaments at this time.  Not to worry, you may still be able to order personalized Disney Parks ornaments through a different kind of service.

    You could potentially seek out your own personal shopper, and there are actually quite a few businesses that can help you with this request.  Yourwdwstore.net and disney-world-personal-shopper.com are two independently owned businesses that will actually go directly to Walt Disney World to have your ornaments personalized and have them shipped to your home.  I have not personally used these businesses, but have had a few friends that have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.
