    Can you order online or by phone from shops at Disney without being in the park. A glass that we purchased during our last trip broke, and would like to replace it if possible.

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Mom Panel. I'm so sorry to hear that one of your Disney glasses broke! All of my favorite coffee mugs are Disney mugs and I use one every morning for my coffee, so I know just how sad it is to lose one!

    The easiest way to purchase merchandise from Walt Disney World Resort is from the Shop Disney Parks Mobile App. Using the app, you can view the merchandise in all of the shops at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and Disney Resort hotels. Many of the items are available to be purchased and shipped to your home directly from the app. I have done this many times to get souvinEARs that I missed during my vacation or to pick up things that I regret not getting during my trip. So I would start by searching the app to see if you can locate your glass and order it from the app.

    If have trouble finding your glass on the app, I recommend that you call (800) 328-0327 for additional assistance to see if a Cast Member can help you locate and order your glass so your set can be whole again. Please let us know if you have any additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
