    How do I order magicband+ to be delivered to Old Key West resort for our arrival on 24 January? We live in UK so cannot get them mailed to us

    Hi Linda,

    I’m happy you’ve stopped by with a question about Disney bands (called MagicBands in the United States). Disney bands are such a convenient way to stay organized on your Disney trip. You can tap your wrist to open your Disney Resort hotel room door, enter the theme parks, add Disney PhotoPass photos, as well as pay for things like dining and merchandise - it’s so easy and fun!

    Currently, International Guests are not able to pre-purchase Disney Bands. The easiest way to purchase Disney bands is by visiting your resort gift shop or one of the following locations around Walt Disney World Resort: 

    Once you’ve picked out the perfect Disney Band, you’ll just need to link it to your My Disney Experience account using the app or website. Disney Bands come with a partial charge, but they may need a quick boost before linking, so I like to bring along a small battery pack just in case.

    Upon arrival, you can unlock your room at Old Key West by using your phone and the My Disney Experience App, or you can also request a Key to the World card at check-in.
