    Would like to order Magic Bands but not shipped to me house, would like to pick up at Campground check-in Is there an option to achieve this?

    Hi John! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

    I'm sure you are getting excited about your upcoming trip. It's always great to start checking off the boxes of everything you need to get done before your arrival. Since you are staying at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, I'm sure this list is slightly different from a standard Resort hotel stay. I would love to give the Campsites a try on an upcoming visit! I just need to get my family on board!

    One item you do not want to travel around Disney property without is your MagicBand! The second I leave my house for our Disney trip, it immediately goes on my wrist and does not come off until I arrive back home. Once I arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, it handles everything that I possibly need. It will open my resort room door, pay for items I purchase, enter into the parks, and even access the Lightning Lane entrances. I don't have to worry about carrying around a room key or wallet, the MagicBand does it all!

    John, you can absolutely order the MagicBands online and have them shipped directly to your resort. You will need to sign in to your Disney Account and make sure your reservation is linked. Once that is completed, then you can head over to My MagicBands and Cards to select the type of bands that everyone in your party wants. Once that is confirmed, you will choose the correct shipping option and complete your purchase. Make sure to do this at least 6 days prior to your arrival if they are being shipped to your resort. I would recommend taking care of this sooner if possible to ensure on-time delivery. 

    You might end up finding a MagicBand you like while in the theme parks, resorts, or at Disney Springs. If so, you can purchase these bands and then link them to your Disney Account to be able to use them. Go on to the My Disney Experience App or sign in to your Disney Account online to do so. All you will need to the ID Code on the back of the MagicBand.
