    In order to link my wife’s Disney account to doc member site, she entered club ID and activation code, but the activation code seem to be invalid or already expired. I would like to know toll free number for Japanese assistance in the United States.

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question, my fellow Disney Vacation Club Member! 

    If I understand your question correctly, I believe that you and your wife are new DVC Members. If so – congratulations and welcome to the “international” family! I haven’t regretted becoming a member for a single second since 2010, and I’m sure you won’t, either. It’s a great way to ensure that you’ll be able to take memorable and magical family vacations, for decades. 

    I did a bit of digging and I believe that the Toll-Free International Number for contacting Member Services from Japan is 800-8009-8000. That said, please note that you may still get charged for this phone call by your local mobile or “land line” telephone services provider, so please communicate with them if you have any questions about the rate that you may be charged by them. If that doesn’t work, I believe you can also reach out to Disney Vacation Club Member Administration at members@disneyvacationclub.com.
