Can you order the "kitchen sink" at the walk up window @ Beaches & Cream?? No reservations were available for a table, but still want to treat the kids to the kitchen sink!!

    Hi, Shannon!

Some people in this world want to conquer such feats as running a marathon or climbing Mt.Everest. My kids felt this accomplishment as they attacked a Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney's Beach Club. Thankfully they had friends to help them, as it is huge!

The Kitchen Sink is only available with table service, not at the to-go window. I would ask at the podium if they can seat you, as they can sometimes squeeze you in at the counter. Try going at off-peak times, such as late afternoon (3:30 or so) or late at night (after 8:30 p.m.)

Your other option is to enjoy the "Mini Kitchen Sink" from the to-go window. While not as much of a challenge, it is still delicious, enough for 2-3 to share, and the bonus: You get to take home the mini kitchen sink bowl!

I hope you get to enjoy huge amounts of ice cream on your vacation. Feel free to use my rationale:  Vacation calories simply do not count. Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
