I can relate! It can be disappointing when you come across something you really want at
Walt Disney World Resort, and it is either not available at shopDisney or you could not get it during your last visit. I have been in that same situation before.
When it comes to ordering an item from one of the stores, as long as it is in stock, you can contact the Merchandise Services department
via email. I have used this service before and had a great experience. I provided details about the item I was looking for, and after some additional questioning, they searched and found the item I was referring to. From there, they gave me instructions on how to place the order. The process was straightforward, and everything was shipped and arrived promptly.
