Welcome to planDisney, Robert! Thanks so much for your question today. It's awesome that you're diving into the planning stage of your Disney vacation!
While Disney used to offer printed planning guides in the days before the internet, everything is now handled digitally. That means there isn't currently a way to order a hard copy of a planning guide or have park brochures mailed out to you. I know that for some people, myself included, flipping through a physical guide can be part of the fun, but the good news is that Disney really has stepped up the online resources, and they're super easy to use!
The Walt Disney World website is packed with
guides,
maps,
videos, and tips for planning your trip. You can also use the
My Disney Experience app, which is basically your pocket guide once you're in the parks! It includes wait times, dining reservations, mobile food ordering, park maps, and even tells you where to find characters.
If you're looking for something to hold in your hands while planning, a fun idea is to print out park maps from the Disney website or grab a Disney-themed notebook or planner to jot down all your vacation ideas. When you arrive at Walt Disney World, physical park maps and Times Guides are still available at the entrance of each park, so you'll definitely be able to grab those once you're there!
I hope this answers your question, Robert, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
