    How do we order groceries to our hotel?

    Hi Maribel! Many guests enjoy having something to snack on in their room during their Walt Disney World vacation. Each room will offer a small refrigerator which is more like a cooler since they do not chill down as a normal refrigerator does. But it will allow you to keep semi perishables fresh and chilled.

    Since this is a small unit in the rooms unless you are booking a DVC room please remember you won't want to order too many items that will have to be chilled. My recommendation for grocery delivery to the resorts is gardengrocer.com. They have an extensive website where you can select the items you wish to order and this will include toiletries and diapers and sunscreen. This is nice to not have to haul some of these things with you in your luggage. When you have finished your selections you will select a date for delivery. When you arrive at your resort if you have chosen arrival date then let the front desk know you might have groceries waiting. They will check with the Bell Staff and they will be the ones taking it to your room. They will have kept perishables safe during this time so no worries.

    Enjoy your vacation and remember not to buy too many snacks and order carefully. I once accidentally ordered 10 pounds of bananas thinking I was ordering 10 individual bananas. I was giving bananas away to housekeepers, bus drivers, and anyone who would take them off my hands!
