Hi there, Tracy!
Welcome back to planDisney! We’re so glad you’ve returned with another great question. Helping guests like you plan the perfect
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is what we love most, and it certainly sounds like you're on the right track!
When it comes to grocery delivery, you’ll be happy to know that yes, it’s possible to have groceries delivered right to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Many Guests choose to use services like Instacart, Amazon Prime, Garden Grocer, or Walmart to order everything from bottled water and fresh fruit to cereal and sunscreen. When placing your order, you will find your Disney Resorts address on the right side of the overview page, and then add "Guest" to the front of the name on the reservation and "(Arriving 'date of check-in)." Something like this: Guest Tracy (Arriving 6/1/25). If your order arrives before you do,
Bell Services can hold it for you; no need to be present at the time of delivery. If your order includes age-restricted items like alcohol, you must be available upon delivery to show ID. Once you're ready, Bell Services can even bring your groceries up to your room for a small fee, or you can stop by the lobby to grab them yourself.
Since you’re already thinking ahead and looking for convenient ways to stock your room, let’s talk about a few more savvy savings tips! One of my family’s favorites is the Refillable Resort Mug. You can purchase these mugs at most quick-service locations in the resorts and enjoy unlimited refills of soda, coffee, tea, and more for the length of your stay. If you're spending several days on property, it definitely adds up!
Another Guest favorite is the refillable popcorn bucket. For a modest price, you get a fun souvenir bucket that can be refilled throughout your vacation for just a couple of dollars each time, perfect for a salty snack on the go or while waiting for your favorite nighttime spectacular.
And of course, don’t underestimate the power of packing a few snacks in your park bag each day. Whether it’s trail mix or granola bars, having a few bites on hand can help keep both your budget and your crew’s energy in check.
Tracy, I hope this helps you feel even more prepared for your upcoming adventure! If you think of any more questions as vacation draws near,
you know where to find me.
TTFN,
Brent
