Hi Stephanie,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I got so excited when I saw your arrival date – YOU ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD! Enjoy these last few days of countdown excitement and try to get some sleep so you can enjoy every magical moment that awaits.
Stephanie, my family loves to have lots of snacks on hand so nobody gets to the dreaded “hangry” stage while we’re waiting in line. We also love to prepare breakfast in our resort room, especially a nutritious one filled with fresh fruits and veggies that will counteract the copious amount of treats we will be stuffing in our faces later in the day. I have used Garden Grocer delivery service in the past, and I really recommend them. They deliver to all Walt Disney World Resorts, and they have an easy to navigate website that makes ordering easy.
When placing your order, be sure to put your name and the word “Guest” in the first line of the order, and then your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel address. You can find your resort’s address by choosing your hotel in
this list, and then looking under the interactive map on the right-hand side of the resort's page. You’ll be able to select a delivery date and time window as part of the check-out process.
On delivery day, your resort’s Bell Services Cast Members will receive the delivery if you’re not in your room, and hold it for you until you contact them. They will even store the cold items in their refrigerated area for you. When you return to your room, call down to Bell Services on your room phone and they will bring the groceries right to your room. Be prepared for a short 15-30 minute wait, and please remember to tip Bell Services for their assistance.
Enjoy your snacks, and have an absolutely magical vacation,
Robyn
