Can you order the glass slipper dessert to accompany a tea service at the Garden View? The only information I can find online is select Grand Floridian resteraunts. Thanks!

Hi Carol, Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always felt bad that Cinderella lost her shoe while having to leave a party early. Luckily for everyone things worked out and Cindy decided to turn her misfortune into a magically delicious and visually wonderful dessert. If only Lady Tremaine and the evil stepsisters could see her side business now!

Like you I could only find that this dessert is available at 'certain restaurants at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and Disney's Contemporary Resort, as well as Cinderella's Royal Table.' I made a few calls but sadly everyone in the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa's specialty dessert department has turned into a pumpkin for the day. The best number to inquire about, and then order, this special shoe would be 407-824-1951.

I do hope that you're able to order this delectable work of art to your Afternoon Tea reservation at the Garden View Tea Room. As a back up plan, have you seen the newly introduced specialty cakes that can be delivered to your Resort Hotel, or over 40 Disney Dining locations? I had a chance to sample both flavors of these cakes recently, and they are just as delicious as they are adorable. And just like every other classic Mickey-shaped treat, these can be eaten ear-first.

I hope this answer helped in your plans, Carol, and we'll see you real soon!
