If I order a funnel cake at epic eats can I take it to go?

    Hiya, Janice! Welcome to planDisney!

While it’s important to plan out the attractions you hope to enjoy on your Disney day, I applaud you for considering the other most important consideration: snacks. Walt Disney World has some of the best snacks and treats around, and a number of my favorites (because there’s no choosing a single favorite) are found at Hollywood Studios.

You’ll be happy to hear that Epic Eats at Hollywood Studios is a snack kiosk, and all of its food is served to-go. You are more than welcome to carry your funnel cake and eat around the park! Just remember, though, that select attractions do not allow food or beverages, and you’ll be asked to finish your items before entering.

In my experience, the funnel cakes at Epic Eats are often served on disposable plates and not in covered containers. If you’re looking for a to-go container, you’ll have to chat with a friendly Cast Member to see if any are available. If there aren’t any, then the go-to move would be to get a second plate to create a makeshift clamshell container. It’s not as secure as a real to-go box, but it will help protect your delicious funnel cake.

Since you’re already planning to stop at Epic Eats, I highly recommend the Epic Cold Brew Spectacular. Walt Disney World announced a bunch of new cold brew coffee drinks last year, as well as expanded cold brew and cold foam locations, and the one at Epic Eats is definitely my favorite.

Janice, I hope this info is helpful. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have any other vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
