Yes, the
My Disney Experience Mobile App now has a mobile order feature that will save us valuable time in the parks. On one of my visits this summer, our group did mobile ordering for Satu'li Canteen on Pandora. When you open the app, just click on "Order Food" under "My Plans." A list of participating restaurants will appear. Select the restaurant you want, then just select the items you want to order. If you have a credit card on file in your My Disney Experience Account, they system will automatically pull that credit card but you can also add a different credit card when placing your order.
These
mobile food and beverage ordering instructions might be helpful. At this time, the system is only taking credit card orders. Dining plans are not accepted, but, as always, that could change, so just double-check when you are ready to place your order. At Be Our Guest Restaurant, we can order-ahead for breakfast or lunch but the process is a little different. The last time I had a reservation for Be Our Guest, the
order ahead link was beneath our dining reservation number in My Disney Experience. If you do not order ahead, you will have to stand in line to place your order at one of the kiosks in the restaurant. On one visit, this wait took us at least 30 minutes even though we had a lunch reservation.
