    In order to experience Princess Dining at Akershus, is a guest required to have a pass to Epcot for the day? We did not get park hopper pass because we are staying only 3 nights/4 days. Thank you for your response.

    Hi Kristen!

    Yes, you will need tickets that get you into the Epcot Park in order to go to the Norway Pavilion where Restaurant  Akershus  is located.

    Best to plan on attending Epcot that day if you are dining there!

    My family just loves eating at Akershus! Not only is it a great Princess experience, but we enjoy the buffet. Look for the special dark cheese on the buffet called Gjetost; it's amazing cheese! If you ask the Norwegian Cast Members there they will tell you about how it is a breakfast staple where they live and especially popular with children because of its sweetness.  Sorry, I'm a food geek!
