Shipping items to your Disney Resort hotel before arrival is a great way to both minimize your packing requirements and maximize your precious vacation time, ensuring everything you need for your trip will be ready and waiting upon your arrival. The good news is that one of the many services available to Disney Resort hotel Guests is mail and parcel delivery services.
As
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has on site convention facilities, any packages shipped via courier, such as FedEx or UPS (including most Amazon shipments) should automatically be delivered to the Business Center located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. You will have to attend at the Business Center to collect these packages, at which time you will be charged a
package handling fee. Conversely, in most cases packages being shipped via regular mail (United States Postal Service) will be available for pick up at the Front Desk upon check in or delivered to your room by Bell Services. Disney’s current policy is to charge a
small package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Resort hotel.
As handling fees for packages arriving at either the Business Center or the Front Desk are based upon the number of packages received, it is obviously in your best interest to minimize the number of packages. Currently Amazon has an online option for requesting your order to be grouped into as few packages as possible. If you are shipping from any other merchant, you may want to contact them directly with this request before finalizing your order.
