At the moment, personalization for ear headbands or hats isn't something that's offered through the
Disney Store website. I know that would be so convenient, especially when you're planning ahead, but customization is still something that has to happen in person at
Walt Disney World.
The good news is that you absolutely can buy the ears you love ahead of time and then bring them with you on your trip to have them personalized once you arrive. There are several locations throughout the parks where Cast Members can add names or short phrases, and it's such a sweet little moment to experience while you're there.
I personally love doing it this way because it turns into part of the trip itself. You get to choose your design, pick your colors, and watch your ears become uniquely yours right there in the middle of the magic. It also makes for a really special souvenir that's tied to your visit, not just something that arrived in the mail.
If you'd rather not wait, you can also purchase ears directly at Walt Disney World and have them personalized on the spot. Either way works beautifully, so it really comes down to what feels easiest for you.
