    I order Boo Bash tickets and I did not receive an email confirmation. Where do I search for it

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m thrilled to call myself your ghost host! 

    I just purchased my tickets for Disney After Hours Boo Bash a few days ago! I’m excited to socialize with grim grinning ghosts this fall, and I hope you are too! 

    With my experience, it took about 24 hours to receive my email from regions beyond. I’m hoping your email has materialized in your inbox since your inquiry! If it has not, be sure to check your spam folder as hitchhiking ghosts sometimes tinker with important emails! 

    If you still cannot find the email, make sure your tickets are still linked to your Walt Disney World Resort account by checking the website or the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If they’re there, you should be just fine! But if they’ve disappeared, don’t hesitate to call on one of Madame Leota’s helpers at (407) 939-4357. 

    I hope you have a screaming good time at Disney After Hours Boo Bash! If you have additional questions before your spooktacular trip, there’s no need to consult a crystal ball!
