Can you still order a birthday cake at a restaurant? Is it just at sit-down restaurants or can you also do that a quick service location? Thanks,Jen

Hi Jennifer! Welcome back to planDisney!

You will be celebrating a birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort VERY soon! Yay! What better place to enjoy these important milestones than at the Most Magical Place on Earth? My daughter is already making a plea for a Disney trip on her next birthday. It doesn't take much to convince me! Don't forget to request a complimentary celebration pin when you arrive. They often bring "Happy Birthday" greetings from Cast Members and other Guests!

I have happy news for you! Mickey Mouse Celebration Cakes are still available to order as an extra special touch to your meal. Only Table-Service dining locations offer this option and it is limited to participating restaurants, but the list of those restaurants is long. You can find the full list at the link I included above.

You get to choose between chocolate and white chocolate, and can even request that a Happy Birthday wish be added to the ears. They are so cute AND delicious! To order, chat with a Cast Member when you check in for your dining reservation. It couldn't be easier than that!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Jennifer! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
