    What options do we have if we can't make final payment by due date?

    Hi Stephanie,

    I contacted Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and was told that if you miss the due date for your final payment, you will no longer have the ability to pay the reservation on line.  You will be sent an email notifying you that the reservation was not paid.  At that point, you would need to call them at (407)939-1936 to make the payment.  Depending on when you call, you may be able to move the reservation to another date. 

    Please be aware that if you do get that email and don't call them right away, you will lose your deposit.
