Hey there, Adam!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with a question!
I’m sorry to hear one member of your party won’t be able to make it on your vacation to the Disneyland Resort! Don’t forget to bring them back a souvenir. May I suggest an Iron Man’s Infinity Gauntlet from
Avengers Campus? This fun cup holder doubles as a souvenir! It can be found at both
Shawarma Palace food carts. While you’re there, don’t forget to try the Impossible Breakfast Sha-warm-up in the morning. It’s my favorite breakfast in all of the Disneyland Resort!
As for your unused
theme park ticket, it is valid for a future visit through the end of its expiration date. You may book a new
Theme Park Reservation for a later date if you’d like. If you're unable to use the ticket before expiration, don't worry! Hold on to that ticket and use it at a later time. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit again, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Please be sure to bring us more questions in the future!
