What are the options for pre-ordering groceries for delivery to the resort?

Hello Michelle and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You are such an awesome planner to be organising a grocery delivery direct to your chosen Walt Disney World Resort hotel - I really like your tactics!
Each Walt Disney World Resort hotel does benefit from a nice gift shop which along with lots of magical Disney merchandise also stocks a limited selection of grocery sundries.
However, I agree it is a huge convenience for families to have a pre-ordered larger delivery of goods such as bottled water and snacks arrive at the very beginning of a Disney trip. I've had personal experience of using The Garden Grocer and based on their last delivery service to me I would indeed recommend them to anyone!
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
