Hi, James! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, taking in the dazzling
Happily Ever After Fireworks is one of my favorite things to do. While I love to watch from within
Magic Kingdom Park where you have an up-close view of the breathtaking projections on
Cinderella Castle, there are many other options for experiencing this spectacular show.
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparking Dessert Cruise provides guests with tasty treats and beautiful fireworks views from a ferryboat on the Seven Seas Lagoon. If it's a pirate's life for you, perhaps the
Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage would appeal to your sense of adventure. The Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage also allows you to view the fireworks from a boat on the Seven Seas Lagoon. Additionally, this experience gives your crew the opportunity to visit with some pirate friends and take part in various pirate-themed activities prior to viewing the fireworks. Please keep in mind that advance reservations for fireworks cruises are highly recommended.
Taking in the Happily Ever After Fireworks from a boat is a great option if you wish to view the show from outside of Magic Kingdom Park. However, several nearby
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels also have amazing fireworks views. The beaches at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort are a relaxing place to take in the nightly fireworks spectacular. Another great option is the observation deck at
Disney's Contemporary Resort.
No matter where you choose to watch the Happily Ever After Fireworks, I'm sure you will find it to be the perfect ending to a magical Walt Disney World Resort day.
