We have the option of visiting Walt Disney World during either January or February of 2019. Is there a slow week (attendance wise) or a week where certain resorts or day passes go on sale?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Meghan! I have visited Walt Disney World Resort in nearly every month of the year! While I have seen slow and busy times alike, there is almost not shortage of visitors, and every week is a busy week at Disney!

I can tell you that the new online pricing system will show you date-based pricing that may clue you in to a slower day over another based on inexpensive pricing, but you may also want to consider my favorite vacation planning tool, Undercover Tourist’s Crowd Calendar (you can google for that). It will show you the expect crowd level on a scale of 1-10 and recommend Parks for that day. Just find your vacation timeline on the calendar and check it out! I used both of these tools to find the perfect February vacation for my family and I next year.

If I can help you find cheap eats, free games or souvenirs, please let me know. Our family has become big penny pressers! You’ve got a friend in me! ~Lindsey P.
