Visits to
Walt Disney World Resort are magical, there's no doubt, but they aren't typically cheap. I like booking my trips way in advance, so I can pay for them over time. That way, when I arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, the only thing on my mind is park-hopping!
While Disney does not offer installment plans, you are welcome to make payments on your trip whenever you like. To make a payment on a
vacation package, you'll need to go to the
Walt Disney World website, click on "
My Disney Experience," and log in to your account. Scroll to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets," and you'll see the first day of your itinerary. You should see your confirmation number, balance due, and the option to make a payment there. Your balance is due in full 30 days before your arrival. If you prefer, you can call the
Walt Disney World Tickets and Reservations line and have a Cast member assist you with your payment.
If you booked a
room-only reservation with no park tickets, you'll need to call the
tickets and reservations number to make a payment. The full balance for room-only reservations is due at check-in.
One way that I like to pay for my Disney vacations is with the
Disney Rewards Visa Card. There are different options for different needs, but they all have great benefits. A favorite perk of mine is 0% interest for 6 months on most Disney vacation packages. This is how I spread out the cost of my Disney vacations while simultaneously earning
Disney Rewards Dollars to spend on souvenirs!
