Guests can keep track of their current resort charges in their
My Disney Experience app; this includes that authorization hold as well. In the app, click on that hamburger icon in the bottom right of the screen. Next, simply scroll down to My Visit, then click on Hotel Reservations. Below View Resort Map, you'll see a link to View Charges. Your purchases and payments will be easy to find right there.
