    Is there a 'opportune time' to purchase DVC?Meaning are there promos,incentives,etc? IE.the old 'get a toaster when you open a checking acct' thing!Just trying to figure out if there's a better time to buy!

    It's great that you are considering becoming a Disney Vacation Club Member. We have enjoyed using our membership time after time at Walt Disney World and hearing those magical words, "Welcome home!" when we arrive at our resort. While there are sometimes promotions available when you purchase Disney Vacation Club Points, these can change. I suggest contacting a Disney Vacation Club Representative at 1-877-382-7826 who can speak with you about what is currently available. Also, you can check the Disney Vacation Club website, which often lists current promotions.

    If you are going to visit Walt Disney World before you purchase, I highly recommend taking the Open House Tour. You can visit the Disney Vacation Club Walt Disney World Preview Center to meet with a Disney Vacation Club Guide. Your guide will take you on a tour of model villas and can help you to determine if membership is right for you. My husband and I were amazed at how low-pressure the tour was. It is truly designed to give you information and to let you make your own decision with no pressure. If you have children with you, they can play in the supervised Kids Clubhouse while you take the tour. Disney Vacation Club will provide you with transportation to and from anywhere on Walt Disney World property for the Open House tour. You can schedule a tour by calling 1-877-790-TOUR (1-877-790-8687), or by visiting one of the conveniently located Disney Vacation Club kiosks at Walt Disney World Resort.
