Do you have an opinion on the best connecting rooms at Pop Century? We have booked 2 Standard Preferred rooms. Also, how do we request connecting rooms?

    Hi Kristina!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney's Pop Century Resort is my favorite Value Resort hotel. I just got back from a stay there, and my friends and I were in a Preferred Room in the '60s building. It was the perfect location, because we were so close to the main building and Everything POP. This made it easier to run and fill up my refillable mug and grab a snack. Did you know they serve Dole Whips now at Pop Century? Dreams do come true.

Normally I like to request the top floor for less noise. There are usually less people walking by the door in the early mornings and late at night. However on this last trip, we were on the first floor, and I really enjoyed just walking out of the door without taking the stairs or elevator. I also did not have my kids with me, so I wasn't worried about them being woken up.

To request connecting rooms, I would call (407) 939-1936 and have them note it in the reservation. Room requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. I would also note other requests at that time.  When checking in, I would double check at the front desk and mention the requests again. I've often had luck switching rooms based on occupancy at check-in.

I hope this helps, Kristina. If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a groovy time at Disney's Pop Century Resort!
