    Will there still be an opening show at MK on the Sunday of "special ticketed event"? I don't want to miss the opening show but the ticketed event starts at 7:45

    Hey there, Kristen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by! 

    I’m so excited you are planning a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Like you, I love enjoying all the magic at the parks; especially the shows. Nothing says Disney like walking into Magic Kingdom, past beautiful Main Street U.S.A. to be greeted by a magical proclamation and welcome to the most magical place on earth. 

    Kristen, I have good news for you! I just confirmed with a Cast Member that even on days when the Disney Early Morning Magic – Fantasyland special ticketed event is scheduled, Let the Magic Begin, the morning welcome show will still take place. Be sure to arrive with enough time to get there, as this new welcome show now happens right in front of Cinderella Castle. The Cast Member also mentioned that if the regular park hours are set to open at 9 am, the welcome show should begin around 8:55 am. Main Street U.S.A. shops will already be open too, so get there early and browse, shop, or even grab a tasty coffee from Main Street Bakery to start your day off in a delicious way. Mmm… coffee!
