Does the opening ceremony at Magic Kingdom start before the regular hours open or does it start with the extra magic hours? If the extra magic hours are 8-9 will we see the opening ceremony at 8 or have to go back to gate to see it? Thanks.

    Hi Tracey!

"Good morning. Good morning. It's great to stay up late. Good morning. Good morning to you, and you and you and you."  That song is sure to be stuck in my head for the rest of the day, but my family also loves the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show.  It is such a great way to get a first glimpse of our favorite characters and begin our magical morning.  The show starts about 15 minutes prior to the park opening including mornings with Extra Magic Hours.  You will be able to enjoy the opening festivities before you enter the park and begin your adventure.

Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with.  Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,
