I'm happy to hear that you were able to sign in and view your recent cruise photos. I hope looking at them brings back all the wonderful memories you created on your vacation. If you purchased
photographs or a photo package prior to sailing or while on the ship, once you are signed in to your
Disney Cruise Account and looking at the
My Cruise Photos section of the site, you should be able to see a blue button labeled "Download" in the upper-right-hand corner of the page. Please note that you should use a laptop or desktop, not a phone, to view your cruise photos once you are off the ship.
For an option to download your cruise photos in bulk, you will see an option to "Select all visible media" under the download button once the first photo has been selected. Edward, if you are not seeing the option to download your photos as I am describing, please
give Disney Cruise Line a call to further troubleshoot your issue.
