    is D23 open to residents of the U.K? If not, then what membership to Disney is? Would love to go to d23 expo! and seems that fans outside of U.S.A are missing out? Disney is in my heart..I just want to make it official lol

    I've searched and have found an answer for this one!!!!  It looks like UK residents can join D23!!!  Here is the specific wording on D23 FAQ page on www.disneystore.com:

    I live outside the United States. Can I be a D23 member?

    Yes. International shipping charges will apply.
