    How to open magicmobile

Welcome to planDisney, Allan! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. There are so many tech tools available to make your trip to Walt Disney World Resort run smoothly and easily, and one of those is Disney MagicMobile service, a super convenient way to access your tickets. It's really simple to use, and I'm happy to walk you through it!

To connect your tickets to Disney MagicMobile, open the My Disney Experience app and select the main menu in the lower right corner of the screen. Tap on the Disney MagicMobile tile and follow the directions on the screen to link up your tickets. Once that's done, you can add your ticket to your phone's mobile wallet and see it there. Here's the best part: once your ticket is connected to Disney MagicMobile, you don't even have to unlock your phone to use it! Simply hold your mobile device up to the reader at the entrance to the Theme Park or at a Lightning Lane entrance and it will be automatically opened and read. I think that's pretty magical!

I hope this answers your question, Allan, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.

In fact, we even opted out of a tropical honeymoon to spend a blissful week at Walt Disney World Resort instead! I'm thrilled to be on the planDisney Panel and I'm excited to share everything I've learned from all of our trips and help you plan a memorable family vacation.  Learn More About Jessica
