The countdown is officially on—you’re only a little over a week away from your first EPCOT After Hours event! If you’re already a Disney super fan, you will still be blown away by all that this separately ticketed event offers. Not only will you see the beautiful Spaceship Earth (the “Big Ball”) at night, but you’ll also get all-night access to rides like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and
Frozen Ever After. (And the lines are usually pretty short, which is the cherry on top!)
Although EPCOT is the home of foodie delights like the World Showcase restaurants and the
Flower & Garden Festival booths, these are usually not available during
Disney After Hours. It’s a separately ticketed event, and this means that most of the theme park’s restaurants and all of the special booths are closed once the park closes to the general public.
The fortunate news is that with your After Hours ticket, you and your crew will get complimentary popcorn, ice cream, and bottled beverages. This is a huge perk that comes with the cost of your ticket. After speaking to some other Disney Guests, there could be a chance that some restaurants like
Connections Eatery and the
Rose & Crown Pub (in the United Kingdom) could be open for you during the event. I highly recommend asking a Disney Cast Member or checking the
My Disney Experience app when you arrive at the event to see what will be open that particular night.
