Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort is one of my favorite times to visit and I'm thrilled to help with your question.
A shadow and a spell will be cast upon Disney California Adventure Park and it will be Oogie's turn to boogie.
Disney Parks Blog recently posted all of the planned party dates for this spooktacular event, however, we still don't know when ticket sales will open. I recommend keeping a watchful eye on Disney Parks Blog as well as following

Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party is one of my favorite after-hours events at the parks. It's so fun to dress up in costume and see all of the other Guests' fun and creative
costumes. I always look forward to walking all of the treat trails and seeing which villains will be taking over Disney California Adventure Park.
