Hey there, Mikki! Welcome to planDisney! I can’t help but notice your name is quite similar to our favorite Disney pal!
I am counting down the days until the
Oogie Boogie Bash events creep into Disneyland Resort in a few short weeks! I’m especially excited about the
Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party with reserved seating for Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake - A Haunted Mansion Street Party. I attended the Dessert Party last year and have been haunting the calendar since I got my event tickets, waiting for bookings to open on August 6, 2026! I’ll be attending the first Oogie Boogie Bash of the season this year, and I can’t wait to be among the first Guests to experience it. Based on your arrival day, it seems like we may be there at the same time!
Whether this is your first Oogie Boogie Bash or you’re a seasoned ghoul, I’d love to share a few of the spooktacular treats waiting for you! The
Treat Trails are always a scream, especially with the rare Disney Villains who interact with Guests along the way. Last year, I had the most hilarious encounter with Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and this year my mission is to charm a rose out of Ernesto de la Cruz!
Villains Grove was probably my favorite experience of the entire night. It was the perfect mix of spooky, enchanting, colorful, and immersive. A little tip from one happy haunt to another: if you visit later in the evening, the line to enter is often much shorter.
And Mikki, prepare to bring home a frightfully large amount of candy! Our haul was monstrous. I recommend bringing a larger bag than the one provided, because those treat bags fill up fast! We worked our bags into our costumes last year, and I’m planning to do the same again this year.
Mikki, I can’t wait for the Dessert Party bookings to open! If this experience is on your wish list, I’d recommend hopping online as soon as you can on August 6th to snag a spot before they vanish into the night. These reservations are bound to disappear like magic!
I hope you have a fang-tastic time at Oogie Boogie Bash! Please come back and visit us if you have any more questions.
Happy haunting!
Kimberly
