Planning your Walt Disney World vacation is an exciting time and with your vacation just around the river bend, we here at planDisney, are happy to help you navigate your journey and answer your questions. Guests now have a new service to help plan their Practically Perfect Day,
Disney Genie. With this complimentary service, found via your
My Disney Experience mobile app, Guests will answer some questions about their Disney Day and a suggested itinerary will be created around their Must-Do's. Even better, this itinerary will smartly accommodate any changes throughout the day.
Guests, also, have the option to upgrade to the Disney Genie+ service and/or
Lightning Lane options, at an additional cost. With Disney Genie+ Guests, staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, will get a head start on the day. Guests, with a Walt Disney World Resort reservation, can pre-purchase Disney Genie+ for the entirety of their trip before arriving or do so a la carte beginning at 7:00 a.m. on each day of their vacation. However, if you are only purchasing Individual Lightning Lanes and staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you can not pre-purchase before your arrival but can do so each day of your vacation beginning at 7:00 a.m., including your arrival day.
