Onsite now, new “magic bookcase” (no manned photographer) at Town Hall Mickey gave us someone else’s photos rather than ours. What can we do?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Katie!

I know you're on vacation right now so I'll get straight to the point and tell you that you can go to Guest Relations to get your Disney PhotoPass photos sorted out if the wrong ones have been loaded to your My Disney Experience account. If you're at Magic Kingdom Park right now I recommend going to City Hall, which is on the left-hand side as you enter the Theme Park after you cross under the Walt Disney World Railroad. In my experience, there can sometimes be a little bit of a mix up with other guests when you're using MagicBands to link your photos to your account, but Walt Disney World Resort has never lost one of my family's photos before and we've always been able to find the right ones. They will want to know where you took the photo, in your case it's Town Square Theater, and the approximate time you were there. The Cast Members at Guest Relations will be able to locate your photo and associate it with your My Disney Experience account, and it should show up there later that day.

I hope this answers your question, Katie, and enjoy the rest of your magical vacation!
