Hello, Allan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
The Disneyland Resort is chock full of attractions and
entertainment that appeal to people of all ages. The first step in determining what attractions would be appropriate for your daughter is measuring her height. There are lots of attractions that don't have any height restrictions at all, but there are others that require Guests to be 32", 35", 40", and so on. You can filter the
Attractions page by height to only show the list of attractions available to your daughter. Then, read the descriptions for each attraction to see which ones she might be interested in riding. After that, I suggest searching YouTube for specific attraction "ride through" videos. There are many videos available that will show you the complete attraction from start to finish. Just ensure that you specify the Disneyland Resort in your search as some attractions have the same name at the Walt Disney World Resort, but the attraction itself is a bit different.
Another thing you might look into are
character experiences. My daughter is now 4 years old, but has loved meeting characters since she was just 18 months old. We provide her with an autograph book and she delights in getting signatures from all her favorite characters. It's a lot of fun especially if you are concerned that your child might be scared or hesitant to ride attractions.
I hope this helps. Please return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have!
